Dry Workout
Before you jump in the pool:
3x:
- 20 crunches
- 5 push-ups
- 3 pull-ups
- 30 sec. elbow bridge
4x:
- 10 squat jumps
- 10 walking lunges
3x:
- 8 burpees
- 30 sec. elbow bridge
3x:
- 15 v sit-ups
- 15 right side crunches
- 15 left side crunches
