Dry Workout
Before you jump in the pool:
1x:
- 50 crunches
- 50 right side crunches
- 50 left side crunches
3x:
- 10 walking lunges
- 10 squats
- 10 push-ups
4x:
- 10 sit-ups
- 10 v-sit-ups
- 30 second prone elbow bridge (plank)
4x:
- 4 pull-ups
