Novice Swim Workout

WARM-UP

• 200 swim

• 100 kick

• 100 pull

 

WORKOUT

• 3x100 kick (each 25 gets faster) 2:00

• 3x100 pull (each 25 gets faster) 1:45

• 2x50 breastroke (perfect stroke) 1:00

• 8x25 free FAST :40

• 2x50 fly (perfect stroke) 1:00

• 8x25 free FAST :40

 

WARM DOWN

• 200 easy

 

TOTAL: 1,800 yd
