Before you jump in the pool:

- 50 Crunches
3x:
- 25 right side crunches
- 25 left side crunches
- 10 jumping squats
1x:
- 30 sec. elbow bridge
- 30 sec. rest
- 1 min. elbow bridge
- 1 min. rest
- 1:30 elbow bridge
4x:
- 4 pull ups
- 10 push ups
