Post T-Day Dry Workout
If you're like me, you probably ate way too much over the holiday weekend so here's a little something to help work off that stuffing…
1x:
• 50 crunches
4x:
• 10 squat-jumps
• 4 push-ups
3x:
• 20 sit-ups
• 10 v sit-ups
• 3 pull-ups
2x:
• 1 min. elbow (prone) bridge
• 8 burpees
1x:
• 50 crunches
