• 100 kick

• 100 pull

 

WORKOUT

• 25 fly :50

• 50 kick 1:10

• 75 free 1:30

 

1x:

• 8x25 (2 of each stroke) :45

 

1x:

• 4x100 pull 1:40

 

1x:

• 8x25 (2 of each stroke) :45

 

WARM DOWN

• 200 easy

 

TOTAL: 1,850 yd
