BEFORE JUMPING IN THE POOL:

4x:

• 10 jumping squats

• 10 sit-ups

• 10 walking lunges

 

4x:

• 10 burpees

• 10 v sit-ups

• 5 push-ups

• 5 pull-ups

 

4x:

• 20 right side crunches

• 20 left side crunches

• 20 crunches

 

2x:

• 50 choice sit-ups

• 1.5 minute elbow (prone) bridge
